Working in an office answering the telephone

There will be a need to work with spreadsheets, send e-mails, and some general typing

Desired skills
Should have a good telephone manner and be confident in greeting clients. should be competent in the use of computer systems and have basic knowledge of Word and Excel.

The successful candidate will be involved in the day to day running of the parts department. Duties to include:

Dealing with customer enquiries via email, telephone or face to face

Will be involved in the control of stock levels
