Field Advisor (Wessex Water Home Check Advisor)
In partnership with Wessex Water / Based Dorset, Somerset, and Bristol as well as most of Wiltshire and parts of Gloucestershire and Hampshire.

With the South of England officially designated as an area of Severe Water Stress by the UK Government, helping households use water more wisely is more important than ever. That’s where you come in.
As part of our Home Water Efficiency team, you’ll visit customers in the Wessex Water region to provide free, practical advice on saving water at home. You’ll also install water-saving devices – all at no cost to the customer – helping them reduce their bills and protect water resources for future generations.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who’s:
- Confident working hands-on, with basic experience in manual trades, home repair, or general maintenance
- A great communicator who enjoys engaging with the public and delivering excellent customer service
- Target-driven and motivated to meet goals while maintaining high standards.
- Flexible and self-reliant, able to work independently in the field.
A full, clean UK driving licence is essential. Full training will be provided.

Sessional Youth Worker (Fusion Adoption Project)

Hampshire & Dorset
We are looking for a Sessional Youth Worker to support Adopted young people on our Fusion Project attending sessions, workshops and trips to various Hampshire or Isle of Wight attractions in Partnership with Adopt South.
You will actively work with the Fusion Project Manager and support the Senior Youth Worker to deliver effective and relevant support in order to enable young people to develop both socially and engage with each other through activities within the region.
You will support the delivery of various activities and events across the region up to 2 Saturdays a month in Hampshire and 1 Saturday a month on the Isle of Wight. The delivery of these activities will be shared across the team, but you will be expected to support the delivery of at least one of these sessions in a month. You must have the ability to travel across Hampshire or the Isle of Wight.
This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting adopted young people achieve their individual potential and creating opportunities.

£29,500 per annum plus benefits | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Groundwork South is recruiting skilled Plumbers to join our nationally recognised Water Efficiency Team, working on vital projects to reduce water-stress in areas across the South of England. As well as domestic water efficiency work (which includes leak fixes, water saving device installation and education) we also support high-footfall businesses clients including sports stadiums, schools, colleges, universities, leisure centres, holiday parks, army barracks and many more.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in reducing water waste by repairing and maintaining internal plumbing systems such as taps, toilets, valves, and overflows—working exclusively with freshwater systems in commercial, educational, and domestic buildings.

Who We’re Looking For

City & Guilds Plumbing Domestic Heating (6189) or equivalent Level 2/3 NVQ
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Proficient with digital tools and systems (iPads and Salesforce, but training provided)
- Experience in manual trades or home repair
- Strong communication skills – able to engage a diverse customer base.
- Practical problem-solving ability
- Awareness of water-saving practices
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
