RSY-Netzer | Movement Worker
Become a movement worker to help shape the future of RSY Netzer, an inspiring and dynamic youth movement that empowers young people aged 8–23 through unforgettable nationwide events! RSY Netzer creates a vibrant, welcoming community where kef (fun), friendship, and personal growth go hand in hand.
RSY is an ideological youth movement. Our programs go beyond just having a great time. They’re built on deep values that inspire change. Whether it’s through our transformative Tour for 16-year-olds, meaningful gap year opportunities, or exciting events for younger members, RSY Netzer is guided by four core pillars—Reform Judaism, Reform Zionism, Tikkun Olam (repairing the world), and Livluv (Blossoming). We empower young people to make a real impact while having the time of their lives.
If you’re passionate about youth engagement, leadership, and making a difference, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary!

Building Manager: Finchley Reform Synagogue
Salary: £23K (£34,495 FTE)Hours: 25 hrs per week, permanent position
Do you take pride in keeping things running smoothly, safely, and efficiently?
Finchley Reform Synagogue (FRS) is looking for a proactive, practical problem-solver to join us as Building Manager – helping to care for and steward our Synagogue building, a space that’s open, welcoming and full of life throughout the week (including evenings and weekends).
In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our community’s daily life. From overseeing maintenance and coordinating the caretaking and cleaning teams, to ensuring M&E systems run at their best, you’ll make sure our building is a safe, well-functioning, and inviting place for everyone who comes through its doors.
No two days will be the same. Some days you’ll roll up your sleeves to tackle practical tasks yourself; other days you’ll manage and coordinate others to get things done. If you’re organised, dependable, and motivated by making spaces work well for people, we’d love to hear from you.
