You’ll be supporting us in our friendly supported living service, we each have our own flat, personality, routines, and interests. We are all unique — and that’s what makes this role so rewarding and here are just a few things that we love to do.

Your role is to support us in the things that matter most— helping build our confidence, independence, and enjoyment in everyday life.
Day to day you might:
- Support us with routines at home
- Help with our personal care in a respectful and person‑centred way
- Encourage our hobbies, interests, and new experiences
- Supporting us to access the community and stay connected
- Be a consistent, friendly presence and a person that we can rely on
- Caring and compassionate
- Positive and patient
- Fun, approachable, and willing to get involved
- Focused on what people we want and need
- Early starts from 07:00 and late finishes up to 22:00
- A mix of long days (up to 15 hours) and shorter shifts
- Sleep-ins and weekend work on a rota
You’ll need to be fully flexible, but in return you’ll have a role where you truly see the impact you make to us on a daily basis, we promise this.
