We are looking for Support Workers to join our team at our residential service on Warren Farm Road, Kingstanding, Birmingham. We have numerous positions available on a permanent basis, working up to 37.5 hours per week and paying £13.00 per hour; so whether you're looking for full-time hours or something slightly reduced, we'd love to hear from you.
Our home supports five adults with a range of complex needs including sensory impairments, learning disabilities, and mobility needs. You'll support them with daily living, personal care, and a varied programme of activities - from adapted cycling, swimming, and rock climbing to bowling, ice skating, meals out, and weekly walks in local parks and places of natural beauty. The team also supports individuals at our TouchBase Pears resource centre, on day trips, and on holidays both in the UK and abroad.
Shifts run 7am–2.30pm and 2pm–9.30pm across the week.
