About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an additional Head of Health Care and Support at our Bradbury Gardens location. The role is to ensure the highest possible standards are consistently maintained across all residential areas of the organisation, working in close partnership with other Heads of Health, Care and Support.

You will provide strong operational leadership to ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, promoting a culture where individuals are safe, well supported, and enabled to achieve their full potential.

You will play a key part in driving continuous improvement across services, maintaining a clear focus on quality, safety, and person-centred outcomes. And over time, assume Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration responsibility for a designated service in Cheltenham, taking accountability for regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and service performance.

You will have a minimum 3 years’ experience in care or health service delivery and a minimum of 3 years management experience which includes staff management, operational planning leadership and management of teams.

You will hold a Relevant qualification at Level 5 in a care related field (or actively working towards level 5-Internal only) Registered Managers award or additional management qualification to level 4 and experience of working with people with physical disabilities, learning difficulties or acquired brain injuries.
