We’re looking for an inspiring Business Process Senior Executive. You’ll work closely with the Business Process Owner in positioning process adherence as a priority across the Supporter Engagement team. Specifically, you will review processes to identify areas of improvement and, in collaboration with colleagues in Supporter Engagement and the wider stakeholder network, drive the implementation of your recommendations.
What will I be doing?
- Lead on the implementation of process change recommendations, working in collaboration with subject matter experts across Supporter Engagement and the wider stakeholder network
- Complete assessment of existing processes to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure processes that involve the handling of data are recorded on the charity’s central record of processing (CRoP) system
- Ensure processes are clearly documented, including the creation of process maps
- Carry out spots checks on process adherence to ensure consistency of service
What are we looking for?
- Analytical and pragmatic approach to creative problem solving
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage own time and priorities
- Experience of reviewing processes and providing recommendations for improvement
- Experience of documenting processes, including the creation of process maps
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate across a wide-ranging audience
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
