Operations Manager – Leeds

This is an exciting leadership opportunity within our North Division, where you will be responsible for developing and leading a team of managers. You will oversee services across supported living, day opportunities, and outreach, shaping the delivery of high-quality support and making a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

Working closely with the Divisional Director, development team, and local authorities, you will help support and develop services across Leeds. Join us and play a key role in what we do best- helping people live their lives their way.
