We are looking for a shop assistant to join our friendly staff and volunteer team in Chorley.
The shop is very busy and trades 7 days a week.
What you’ll do:
- Support the shop management in driving sales and income.
- Help lead and motivate a diverse team of volunteers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shop atmosphere.
- Ensure sufficient stock is prepared for sale each day.
- Follow all necessary health & safety, admin and cash handling procedures.

- A proactive, enthusiastic individual with great communication skills.
- Passion and commitment
- Someone who enjoys working with people and knows how to inspire a team.
- Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment
