Repertoire and Print Production Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Wigmore Hall invites applications for the position of Repertoire and Print Production Assistant to provide maternity cover for a fixed-term period of 12 months, ideally commencing in February 2026.

This role is integral to the delivery of Wigmore Hall’s concert programme. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include preparing accurate repertoire information and overseeing the production of printed materials essential to the presentation of our performances. The position requires clear and confident communication with artists, agents, and colleagues, as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and presentation.
