Salary: £12.21 per hour | Term Time Only | Fixed term until 31 st May 2026 | Base: YMCA Coffee at the Clock Café, West Bromwich

We are currently looking to recruit a Youth Worker that can lead and oversee activities and session at our new Safe Space Youth Café (aimed at young people from 15-19) which will run from 3.30pm-6.00pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the school term time.

Our project will create a safe space for young people to attend after school, and will combine games, groupwork or a coaching approach to working with young people so that they take ownership of their youth café. You will also be provided with training and a robust support package.
