Are you passionate about supporting young people’s wellbeing in a fun, vibrant, and values-driven environment?

Join RSY-Netzer this winter as our Wellbeing Officer and help ensure every participant and leader has a safe, nurturing, and empowering experience on camp.

As Wellbeing Officer, you’ll:

Champion the health, safety and welfare of participants and leaders
Mentor and guide the senior leadership team in handling wellbeing and behavioural issues
Act as Safeguarding Officer, working closely with the Medic and senior staff
Be a reassuring, proactive presence who helps make camp a place where everyone can thrive

You’ll bring:

Experience in youth work, education, psychology, social care, or a related field
Confidence handling complex wellbeing and safeguarding situations
Excellent communication, empathy, and sound judgement
Availability from 28 December – 1 January, plus pre-camp training
A commitment to Reform Jewish values and inclusive community
