Are you passionate about supporting young people’s wellbeing in a fun, vibrant, and values-driven environment?
Join RSY-Netzer this winter as our Wellbeing Officer and help ensure every participant and leader has a safe, nurturing, and empowering experience on camp.
As Wellbeing Officer, you’ll:
- Champion the health, safety and welfare of participants and leaders
- Mentor and guide the senior leadership team in handling wellbeing and behavioural issues
- Act as Safeguarding Officer, working closely with the Medic and senior staff
- Be a reassuring, proactive presence who helps make camp a place where everyone can thrive
You’ll bring:
- Experience in youth work, education, psychology, social care, or a related field
- Confidence handling complex wellbeing and safeguarding situations
- Excellent communication, empathy, and sound judgement
- Availability from 28 December – 1 January, plus pre-camp training
- A commitment to Reform Jewish values and inclusive community
