Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to become part of our dedicated team at Lindisfarne Court.
In this role, you’ll combine hands-on support with leadership responsibilities—working alongside our team of support workers while assisting the Service Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the service.

Our purpose-built residential home provides care and support for 13 adults with physical and learning disabilities. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where every individual can thrive.

Essential Criteria:
- NVQ 3 or equivalent in care
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults
- Experience of positive behaviour support and supporting people with complex health needs
- Experience of developing, reviewing and updating personal care plans
- Experience of managing and developing staff
- Promote health and wellbeing in people’s lives
- Making everyday matter for the people we support
- The ability to be curious, aspirational and outcome focused
- Must be able to evidence effective leadership skills
- Working knowledge of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry
- Ability to motivate self and others
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional night shifts
- Good working knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office packages particularly Word and Excel
- A full valid driving license and use of own vehicle (Desirable)
