About the Roundhouse:
The Roundhouse is a youth charity and independent multi-arts venue based in Camden, London. We've spent the past 20 years shaping the UK’s cultural landscape as a home for world-class music, boundary-breaking theatre, circus, poetry and immersive installations. We're the UK’s leading creative centre for young people, engaging more than 10,000 young people annually through our creative youth programme.

The Role
For over two decades, the Roundhouse has supported thousands of young people to develop skills, confidence and careers across music, film and broadcast, performing arts and creative freelance and entrepreneurship. Roundhouse alumni represent the most powerful expression of our impact: a growing network of artists, creatives and professionals shaping the industry from within.

We are excited to be introducing this new role to develop a cross department Alumni offer, and build a network of advocates, collaborators and supporters who extend our reach far beyond our walls. This postholder will be responsible for data collation, monitoring and evaluation of alumni activities. The role will support the alignment of our impact framework to evidence Roundhouse’s unique offer and methodology of providing high quality creative opportunities for young people.

Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

About you:
The successful candidate must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a busy team. Excellent project management, relationship management,data tracking, reporting and analytical skills are also essential. We’re looking for someone with experience of writing engaging copy for a range of audiences and a commitment to and understanding of diversity and inclusion in the creative industries.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 21 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £22,508.05 per annum (£37,513.42 FTE)
