We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead three of our services in the Norwich area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, making a difference, and ensuring that people receive the highest quality support.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and developing a dedicated team of Support Workers. You will ensure that the services deliver high-quality, person-centred support in line with Mencap’s values and CQC standards. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations such as rotas, budgets and compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with the people we support, their families, and external professionals. Above all, you will create a positive, empowering environment where people are supported to live the lives they choose with independence and joy.
We’re looking for someone who is caring, organised, and confident working in a people-focused setting. Experience in social care or management is desirable, as you will need to have an understanding of what great quality care looks like. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be supporting services across the Norwich area.
Your working week is flexible over the 7 days week and may include working weekends.
