EACH is a growing charity providing a range of specialist services to individuals and families affected by mental health, domestic violence and alcohol and substance misuse issues. Our services and our success are driven and delivered by a diverse staff and volunteer team, who are as passionate and committed as we are to meeting the needs of our local communities.
Housing Support is an approach to intensively and flexibly support the most entrenched, excluded and hard to reach clients, who traditionally have struggled to remain in settled housing. Housing Support worker offers people their own home and then gives them the intensive support needed to maintain their tenancies and move on with their lives away from the streets or hostels. This service is part of EACH’s wider Harrow Housing Related Support Service which also incorporates both generic and specialist support. The combined service supports promotes tenancy sustainment and prevents homelessness. This particular role and part of the service is particularly targeted at rough sleepers with complex needs and those who have not sustained temporary or supported accommodation in the past.
