What you’ll do:
- Support the Shop Manager in driving sales and income.
- Help recruit lead and motivate a diverse team of volunteers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shop atmosphere.
- Engage with the local community to build support for the shop.

- A proactive, enthusiastic individual with great communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and knows how to inspire a team.
