An exciting opportunity has arisen to operationally manage the delivery of the Telford and Wrekin Domestic abuse service. Telford and Wrekin domestic abuse service is a new integrated DA service delivered in partnership with West Mercia Women’s Aid. As Operational Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery and development of the service. You will have oversight of service delivery and lead on partnership working and collaboration across the county. You will support all staff in their work, ensuring high quality and safe practice. You will work as a Cranstoun West Mercia wide offer in partnership with the Drive operational manager an the MMP and C-DAIR operational manager. The successful candidate will have management experience and a demonstrable track record within the field of domestic abuse and/or health and social care. You will have a wide-ranging understanding of all forms of domestic abuse. You will be able to demonstrate passion for collaboration, partnership, strategic and service development. Post holder will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check against relevant barred lists.

This post will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
