About the Role

We’re looking for a Technology Performance Co-ordinator to join our forward-thinking Technology team in Selly Oak.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about driving efficiency. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our technology operations are both high-performing and cost-effective, helping us make the best use of our resources as we continue our digital transformation journey.

Working closely with the Head of Technology Services, you’ll oversee supplier performance, track and manage contracts, and keep a close eye on technology costs and budgets.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data and systems, is highly organised, and wants to develop their career in IT, digital services, procurement, or finance. A tailored development programme will be created for the successful candidate.

This role is based at our Selly Oak office, with hybrid working (2–3 days per week on-site). Occasional travel to other Sense locations, including London and Loughborough, may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all supplier contracts, renewal dates, and SLAs.
  • Analyse supplier contracts and billing to identify duplication, track costs, and find opportunities for savings.
  • Support the Head of Technology Services in monitoring supplier performance and preparing for review meetings.
  • Liaise with the Procurement team to ensure compliance and timely contract renewals.
  • Record and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and licence renewals.
  • Monitor technology spend against budget and assist with forecasting.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for reporting purposes.
  • Support audits and governance checks relating to supplier and cost management.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Excel, databases, and digital tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Interested in learning more about IT systems, supplier management, and cost control.
  • A strong communicator with great numeracy skills.

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, IT, or procurement.
  • CIPS or other financial/procurement qualifications.
  • Experience with procurement contracts, budgeting, or financial agreements.
  • Data analysis experience using Excel or Power BI.
