Senior Lead – New Corporate Partnerships

We currently deliver an annual budget of over £1.3m, with ambitious plans to grow this to £2m+ within the next three years. Our portfolio includes 22+ corporate partnerships across diverse sectors, ranging from high-value, multi-year strategic collaborations to innovative cause-related marketing initiatives.

We are seeking a Senior Lead – New Corporate Partnerships - Maternity cover.
Achieving an annual new business target, which will have been developed and agreed
– Actively prospecting and leading on new business opportunities, including pitch management / proposal creation, with collaboration from colleagues and stakeholders as appropriate.
– Development and implementation of a new business strategy in collaboration with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Director of Fundraising.
-Drive pipeline growth by leading prospecting events with support from Events colleagues - delivering a highly successful established prospect event and working to devise and execute an innovative new format to engage new corporate contacts.
– Actively contribute to the development of new corporate partnership products and income streams, bolstering the DofE offering, and oversee the implementation of those products within the new business team/across DofE
– Line management of a Senior Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Executive.
– Collaboration within the Strategy and Engagement department to develop brand partnership opportunities /cause related marketing opportunities.
– Provide accurate new business forecasts as part of the wider Corporate Partnerships Team forecasting.
What we are looking for:
– Success winning new 6-figure+ multi-year corporate partnerships.
– Line management experience (or significant experience coaching and developing team capability in a fundraising setting).
– Strong experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and pitching at board/CEO level.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate varied information in a concise, clear, and engaging manner
- Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of prospects, including senior leaders such as CEOs.
– Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and deliver a strong new business strategy.
– Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments, building strong relationships to drive projects forward and deliver results.

**The geographical allowance is based on a member of staff having a home or office-based postcode within 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Charing Cross, WC2N 5HS. The allowance is 7% capped at £4,000 per annum.
